@FinasFamilyVlog oh. You know what, I have that mindset as well. When I get sick, I don't take medicines right away I let my body cure itself. Doctors said that our body has its own doctors, that is our immune system who fights everyday for us. Because if I take medicine every time I cough or have a cold I know there will come a time that our body will be immune to medicines we are taking. Medicines will become ineffective and that is more worrying if our bodies do not recognize medicines as medicines anymore because it's getting used to it.

That's true, I also read a book that says our body knows how to heal itself, and it's not really good to get used to taking medicine because, later on, it won't work anymore.
