This product doesn't give me access to my heated steering wheel or vented seats. Any ideas on how I can get these features back be otherwise I will return the product. My car is a 2010 Buick lacrosse.

I got mine and it dont fit without cutting the plastic bracket that the factory radio screws into!...thats why they didn't show it being installed in the dash...nor did it come with installation instructions...

I had that problem. U have to go to settings. HIT car settings, then hit original car settings, then scroll down to language settings. Should fix it.

Don't do it!...it dont fit without cutting the factory radio brackets up and you have to take the vents out of the factory bezel too plus their bezel dont have the chrome trimming either!...

can't find the wiring harness for a 2011 buick lacrosse anyone? because they don't make one for this model spoke to someone who knows what they are doing and said you have to hard wire the unit.no ignition switch/wire pull ignition from key or BCM area.should be a violet or purple wire . one is ignition and one is accessory you can use either one.and bypass the factory amp that's located in the trunk passenger side.figure i'd share my findings when i found out and save someone time and trouble will update you guys when i get mine installed soon

update the installer miss placed the canbus box which made all the controls like steering wheel work. i thought it needed to be hard wired but it don't . plug and play as described only thing i noticed mine don't have car play i bought the dongle but havnt seemed to get any car play feature as of yet and don't think i'll get one. there is another one i found on aliExpress that is a 64 gb and 4gb ram with car play for $100 more i payed $250 for mine
