I have 2 of these cars...I really like the big mirrors and ample back view ..they are an important asset and the back space very generous

My parents bought a 2004 rendezvous CXL with the third row. It was a pretty good car till about 165,000 miles. Electrical issues with the gauges, transmission problems, slightly overheating. My mom really liked it because of how easy it was to see out of. And we needed to third row

I got a 2004 in 2007 certified with 33k on it. It lasted me 240k miles until someone pulled out in front of me last week and the insurance company had it totaled :( I really wanted to see 300k on my baby

It’s a 2005 I don’t know how to tell if a fuse has gone out
@krupert83555 жыл бұрын
@@rachelwhetstone4622 If you find the fuse box/es, the way to tell if a fuse is good or not is to pull it out and see if it has blown or not. They are made of a transparent coloured plastic with two metal prongs on the bottom. Inside is a little metal wire that should connect between the two prongs. A blown fuse will have that little wire burned out. If you do check them, you need to put each good one back to where it originally was. If you do find a bad one, it's best to replace it with the same number (there's a number printed on top of the fuse) as the original. That being said, usually there's a reason why it went bad, something caused a short somewhere, and instead of causing damage, the fuse took the load and popped. So just replacing a fuse may not actually fix the issue. It's also possible that a light bulb in the dash went bad and isn't a fuse issue. As for the noise, it really depends what kind of noise. It might be related to a belt slipping if it's a high pitch squeal. If it only happens after the car has been running for a while, usually when parked, then it might be related to the radiator fan as it turns on to cool the engine. The best would be to have the engine running and open the hood to see if you can hear where it comes from, and see if you can replicate the issue and figure out what causes it to start the noise. Also, it's dangerous to have long hair dangling near a running engine, so please be careful if you inspect your engine.. To figure these things out, it's often best to check with someone else who can look at your car. Also KZbin and the Web is a great way to find tutorials and How To's on your specific vehicle. Best of luck!

this car was absolutely atrocious one problem after another, had all wheel bearing changed still grumbled from the time we had it to the time we got rid of it , we tried the $200 fluid change in the rear differential but did not help either we were quoted at over $3,000 to get a new rear differential installed, it was a weird car at certain speeds the grumbling went away but was always there at certain speeds

This was a great car, but the gauges were terrible to see in certain light conditions.
