VS Racing 88mm is what you need. Also...3" hotside...you're on crack...2.25" mains on each side is good for like 1800hp. That turbo is going to be a slug. That thing with nitrous will still take over 7 sec to spool.

I'm not optimistic about that 4.8 spooling that turbo. I think 7.5 seconds with nitrous......never without.

Better make the turbo bracket off the front edge of the motor somewhere because If you mount it to the chassis it’s going to break the pipes and it would be heartbreaking to see that happen

If it spools off the hose I feel like the converter will be severely compromised and slip like a bitch down track. Have to run ALL the dump valves. So I’m gonna go with it won’t off the bottle with the converter properly sized for down track. On the spray I’ll say 7.7 seconds including dump valves

You forgot to add way to large hot side to the so called why it wont spool..a 2.25" hot side would give u better velocity an spool it faster..but a 5.3 will spool that no prob with that big cam, its just not going to happen at 3k or 3600 for the simple fact of with that cam your peak cylinders pressure aka peak tq is higher in the rpm range then like a stage2 turbo cam for instants..that cam also has a earlier evo which intern helps u out..put it at a 4500-4800 2 step an it will come into boost id say about 2.4 seconds to launch boost with out nitrous. I wouldnt pull timing till 4 or 5 degrees depending on fuel

Nice! I’m an orbital Welder, that looks like .065 ultra high purity sanitary fittings like we use. We do pharmaceutical ultra high purity piping. I also do auto cad so with the center to center measurement from the headers I can make a 3 d model of the piping and weld it with an orbital machine which will make perfect welds inside and out.
