Build a Chain for Your Losi Promoto!

Grind keeping your tool always level with the part your grinding. Don't grind as shown at a 30° angle or only the tip does the work and it's really easy to get "below grade divots" in a hurry. Also ALWAYS install a master link so chain direction is always trying to push it on NOT slide it off when it hits a rock/stone/dirt/concrete lol !

Whoa that looks pretty heavy duty! Is that the same exact dimensions as the stock Losi chain?

Yes it is; it was a direct fit up, when it gets worn in I’ll also be removing another link to get more use. I’ll likely make an update to talk about how long it lasts

Master link will definitely let go. Just buy the stick replacement🤦🏽‍♂️

I’ve had the chain together for a good couple weeks and there hasn’t been any issues with the chain
