Build a ChatGPT App in 3 minutes or less | Full App, Command Line, Python, gpt-3.5-turbo, New OpenAI

The OpenAI DevRel is amazing, but he thinks you need a 30-minute tutorial to get an App working with the new ChatGPT API. At Replit we can do it in THREE. In fact, our head of legal took my bragging and challenged me to do it - well, here we go.
In this video we'll buld a Universal Tutor app using ChatGPT 3.5 Turbo, Replit and a prompt I've been playing with.

Hello there, first of all, the video was sooo cool, I love how good devs and I can become a powerful computing symbiosis! I know the video is 2 weeks old, but maybe I still get a reply. I have no knowledge in coding, but would love to learn, especially with the API of chatGPT. Where to start? Learning a language, maybe java? Or is this not needed anymore due to ChatGPT? Many thanks! I'd like to create an application where I can drag and drop pdf files of handwritten data, have it OCR the data , perform calculations and finally edit or append the pdf with the results. I like the idea of using a Custom GPT, but unfortunately, only GPT4 Plus subscribers could use it. As an alternative, I was thinking a a standalone browser or desktop python app that uses ChatGPT4's API assistant.. but not sure if the API exposes all the Vision / Ai PDF Plugin that I think my app would need. If I do use APIs, and not ChatGPT, I would need somewhere to host the LLM model? yorickvp/llava-13b , haotian-liu / LLaVA on Streamlit/replit? Otherwise the end user needs to run a 20GB Ollama server?
