If you have a spare 20-30 minutes a day I'd suggest going for a farming route. I currently alternate between a Liyue/Sumeru route and an Inazuma one. It nets me ~150 grey and green artifacts, mora, and anything that I can pickup along the way. KZbin is filled with guides on all of the 'Investigate' points that drop artifacts and if you're worried about being bored then put on a podcast or James Cooke KZbin video to watch :). All of those greys and greens might not seem like much, but they can gain you a level or two on an artifact every day without the use of resin.

I thought about it and i think the cheapest possible teams are both hyperbloom n taser, and you can even get away with three member teams too to circumvent the time investment/material gathering. Examples are Nuev, Furina, Fischl (w Nuev on prototype amber) or Mona, Nahida, kuki or Xianyun, Furina, Fischl or Heizou, kuki, Yelan or Alhaitham, kuki, yelan. Unfortunately so many 4 stars lack great utility so you do often need at least 2 5 stars, a tall order to be sure, as you can see i'd involve xingqui or Xiangling more but even in say a Arlechino/ Hu Tao team their constellations are heavily warranted. Bennett less so, so perhaps a Arlec, Xingqui, bennett team could compete with the others. Also Nahida, Tighnari, Keqing Quicken is quite cracked too. Two yet untested 3 piece teams are Dori, Sayu, Nahida and Furina, Fischl Sayu - I worry about their damage overall but they are the cheapest teams in existence that prob do the most dmg and would be A LOT of fun imo.
