You may not realize, but this is a cool business opportunity. This buggy you made is simple and cheaper than most golf carts and mopeds. If you build more and put them up for sale, there would be so many people wanting to buy this simple, easy transportation!

There are design flaws. The rear suspension connection needs to be straighter, the rear wheels need a way of keeping their distance. This looks like it can topple over easily. The brake pedal has a lot of travel which means each caliper needs to be serviced regularly. Betterwith hydraulic brakes. Maintenance free for the most part.Seating has not enough padding, there is no back rest. Both front forks need to be identical inspring rate and travel. There are a few areas where the welding will have the most stress placed upon it.

Google how solar panels work. With that amount of surface area, and depending on the size of his batteries. It would take 1-3 days under perfect conditions to fully charge his batteries. Having these solar panels will definitely extend his range a bit, but they aren't enough to keep it fully charged alone as a daily driver.
