You are indeed what Africa needs for food sufficiency. Wish I can buy 5 from you now to support and appreciate this ingenious skill. Everything must not be from China, even though l know the motors could be from there but I must say thank you for your creativity. Pls, also think about designing solar panels to revolutionise green & cheaper energy in Africa. Keep it up man🤝🤝🤝🤝

Just finished my first incubator. I appreciate all iamWill has done and his feedback. Today I'll start to build a second one. From the experience of the first one, I have a humble suggestion that we are going to try: Use rectangular iron instead of angle iron for the vertical posts. Welding, in theory, should be much easier.

Very well made video! I made my own incubator with very similar results. Just an FYI for others interested in using the XM-18 controller, I do not believe there is a function to turn off the turner. I had to hook a switch to the turner to turn it off during lockdown. I believe you also have a switch hooked up to your turner. Great job again!
@AIS.FarmResorts2 жыл бұрын
Well done you too. Yes the XM-18 doesn't have a switch for the egg turner. So you need to loop it to a switch and turn it off manually on day 18. Thanks for pointing it out. I will add it to my explainer video

Hi.I have comments that the insulation should be installed outside the incubator.Because it is such a porous material, bacteria and mold will persist there.These are the foci of the disease. That's my advice. And how is humidity created?Thanks
@AIS.FarmResorts17 күн бұрын
Thanks for your comment. All of the incubators I've seen are inside and not outside. But I do take your point with the bacterial and diseases. That's why you need to keep your incubator cleaned after each incubation cycle. The humidity is created from the humidity rod+bowl

the fans i think need to be put in a wall so it moves the air better, also if its near the humidity bucket the water will damage or rust the fan quicker over time. always run cold air through the fan and let it push the hot air, some people suck hot air through the fan and it overheats the fan, or hotter temperatures will cause more amperage in the wires and cost more to run or trip breaker
