Build a JUNK-BOT! Easy sculpture for Grades 5 and up.

In this lesson, we'll begin by gathering lots and lots of found objects from around the house. Old electronics, small boxes, flashlights, bolts and gears;....you get the idea! Then with an eye on creating a robot-like sculpture, we'll assemble our parts using simple tools and a few screws. A hot glue gun in an essential tool here; preferably a low-temp model. After assembly, we'll paint out Junk-Bot using acrylic paint. Next step? Go on a Junk-Bot rampage through the city! Great for ages 5th grade and up.
