You could have saved more and not bought the scenics risers and just gone to the local electrical shop and got some of their packing styrene from tv's and other electrical devices that are always packed with foam and styrene, possibly for free....

That’s a pretty interesting idea, might get a little tricky cutting and maintaining the correct grade. But still a good suggestion 👍
