Nicevideo... what are approx naali rates on average.... Stone is expensive now. Skill labour is not much. If one wants to go ecofriendly try earthbag technique with mud. Wood also expensive. Gone are days when villagers had quota in jungle wood.

I had travelled Munsiyari in 2019 with my family My advice is go back Ramgarh though Thal . It diverted after Birthi fall and route is very fine . Route through Binsar is totally unsafe and dangerous. Route through Thal is awesome and you will have pleasent journey. You may consult locals they may also advice same. Thal route goes along river and it was much safe and enjoyable. Keep safe.

सर मैने आप की अभी तक 4 या 5 विडियो ही देख पाया हू पर सभी विडियो बहुत अचछी है मुझे बहुत पंसद आई आप आगे भी ऐसे ओर अचछी विडियो बनाते रहिए ओर मै हैरान हू की कोई दिलली से जा कर मेरा मतलब है हरियाणा गुडगावा से जा कर पहाडो मे बस गया वैसे तो मुझे भी बहुत शौक है पहाडो मे घुमने का पर आप की बात सही जो लोग भीड भाड वाली जगहो पर रहते है जैसे हमारी दिलली का जो हाल है यहा पर रहने वाले लोग पहाडो मे जयादा से जयादा 1 हफते से जयादा नही रहे पायेगे यहा का तरह तरह खाना पीना मैटरो रेल मलटीपेलेस पिकचर हाल यहा का रहन सहन घुमाना फिरना यहा की रौनक ये सब पहाडो मे कहा देखने को मिलेगा पर एक बात मै जरूर कहेना चाहूगा जो मन की शांति जो आराम दिल को सुकून मिलेगा वो सिरफ पहाडो मे मिलेगा एक अदभुद एहसास जो हमे दिलली जैसे शहरो मे नही मिलेगा दिल तो मेरा भी करता है की मै भी पहाडो मे बस जाऊ पर मै यहा हमेशा के लिए रहे तो नही सकता पर दो चार दिन के लिए ठीक है वैसे आप के नैनीताल घुमने के लिए दिलली से आना जाना ओर खाना पीना रहेना सब कुछ मिला कर कितना खरच आएगा ओर कया कुछ है वहा देखने के लिए मन तो करता है की आप के वहा पर एक बार तो जरूर आऊ पहाडो मे मिटी के बने घर देखना चाहता हू बहुत अचछे है पर पैसे कितने लगेगे कुछ आईडिया

Mud plaster 👍 .. cement on stone will destroy the whole concept of natural house .. mud requires maintenance after few months but manageable
