Very good content. thanks for this.. i have a query though. i tried with a 288 page pdf. At pdf_index = index_creator.from_loaders([loader]) im getting this error.. "...RateLimitError: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details". how do i work around it?

Your have issues with your OpenAI account!

You can either slow your requests or do them in batches over time. The OpenAI free account has limits. Don't worry about your embeddings, though. They will all be stored in Astra until you are done. Persistence over large periods of time is one of the primary use cases for using a Vector DB.
