For people who do not know. Don't think that he is just tapping these brick level. He is purposely leaving these bricks high, so he can come back with his 4' level and lay that level across this wall then tapping the level to set these brick level and straight. The Level is not shown being used, but make no mistake, he is using it no doubt. This is how a Masion pull leads or laying without a level line.
