If you can build the box part go find a thrift store and get a picture frame with glass and make your box to fit the frame

Plexiglass. Check out any of my customs shaped shadowbox videos. They all have pelxiglass.

I dont have all the tools in this video because i am only 15... I was wanting to build this for my father, is it possible to build this with just a saw?

Yes it is. If you have just a circular saw all cuts can be accomplished with it. You will have to skip the routed edge but you can do a double line that will give you a nice custom look.

Get a hand plane and build a shooting board w/ a 45 degree angle. You probably won't be able to cut those miters without gaps otherwise. Look up "Paul Sellers shooting board" to see how.
