One thing that would be nice to include in your repo is the requirements.txt file, so anyone can install the same dependencies

Thats a good point...i normally do include it..unfortunately i didnt put this in a virtualenv (my mistake) so my requirements file would be massive...tho if i recall it uses selenium, webdriver manager and the push over client..

Yes you should be able to run it you would need to use a proxy
