Do you mean the size of the column that shows the shortcode? If so, yes. What you need to do is alter the size of the container or the margin/padding of the container or even the column the shortcode is in. There are a few options. Does this help?

To make this change go to WP Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog >> scroll to Shop Display Options then change Shop Page Display to Show Categories.
