Support agent friendly right? Not all of us have the answers. We do need the human element to make this? Right? Let’s not loose our grip on something so human. There was a recent change to the 3 pillars recently and I wish it would be revoked. Mentioned it in prior comment but can’t remember what the sentiment was in the prior comment of AI. Standards should be set. NOT Changed. That’s INTEGRITY. Get buy in and change opinions are dangerous. We need policy around change. Got me upset as this isn’t a revision thing.
