This tutorial is simply brilliant and I can confirm that one can build a fully functional messaging system just as shown in the beginning by diligently following the presenter. You can then extend it as you wish including deleting users or scoping active users to a currently logged in regular user which you will need for a fully fledged app. The core is all there. It took me about a week and a half on and off to complete this tutorial. One needs to be attentive and I had to rewind a few times because the periods between coding and seeing things in the browser are quite long at times (the chapter on layout and conversation rendering is particularly lengthy) and errors may need to be hunted down across several files. We see extensive use of many components and features of React and Laravel in this tutorial and the ease with which the presenter goes about these makes me confident that he is definitely a whizz of the highest order. His Eloquent queries alone are marvels in their own right. I was particularly interested in seeing an integration of React and Laravel in one app and this tutorial does this superbly. I do not think that this tutorial is for complete beginners because the presenter uses many Laravel features such as custom requests, jobs, mailables, middleware etc which can be tricky at first but intermediate and even more advanced programmers will find plenty of interesting things here. To summarise, very well researched and presented project for the community. Thank you very much and I look forward to other projects, perhaps using Livewire and Filament! P.S. I did not find much difference between the old and the new microphone, I am afraid. Both sounded fine to me :)

I'm at 5:04:00 and IDK if this got fixed later but it's worth mentioning that if you're viewing the page in full screen the messages don't fill it initially (until more messages load) because in the Message Controller we're paginating to 10 messages initially and the page is larger that the amount of messages getting initially rendered so you get this effect where the messeges go to the middle of the page initially until more messages load and they go to the bottom. I fixed it by paginating to 20 instead of 20 in MessageController.

I am Tailwind.css and components of tailwind.css. Daisy ui is nothing more than componenta of Tailwind.css. So not an issue. Technically they are different but ideally they are the same
