If you get to wordpress part and are unable to load the wordpress install page, check that you have the right version of php installed. In my case , I needed php 7.3 and up but for some reasons which for some reason is not enabled on amazon AMIs. Check the wordpress website for your php requirements. Just trying to spare someone 2 days of frustration. Thank you for the lab sir.

I wanted to understand one thing, in the diagram it is depicted that we are having two private and public subnets each in two AZ's. My question here is while creating this you have created the subnets in different AZ's(us-east-1a,1b,1c & 1d) so is it a mistake or it is the same thing depicted in the Diagram. I wanted to know that if we consider two AZ so shall it be in only two AZ's (i.e. us-east-1a & us-east-1b) or it doesn't matter if we create it in 4 different ones.

EC2 + IAM Role = Easy access to S3 to pick up files/backup to S3 Etc, What is the error wp-admin page? How do you plan to connect ELB to EC2, If not on port 80?

Valaxy Technologies, but the IAM role wasn't used in this project right? That's why asking why was it needed here. I have opened ELB's port 80 to the world. Used sg of ELB as source for ec2 sg. So my ec2's port 80 is not open to the world. Now when i connect via domain name to my site, it loads. However when i try to access wp-admin page it redirects itself to public ip of ec2 and since port 80 is not open to world, it fails loading. How do i rectify this?

It is how you configure Wordpress - nothing to do with security group. What was the domain/url you gave for wp-config page?
