@@AoSCoach finally went and messed around on listbot and I think it is amazing, it gives me a good idea on how effective my army list is and its potential. I will definitely share it with my friend who I finally got to join me in the amazing aos community. Looking forward to find a ways to improve my C+ FEC list. Great video - I'd never heard of listbot and getting a clear run-through is so helpful. With GW products being so expensive it's great to have a good way to think through whether a potential new purchase will work with your list...or to gain acceptance that I'll need to play better when the rule of cool dominates!

That’s a really good point. It’s helpful to make the most of your hobby dollar by highlighting some of those key synergy pieces early instead of trial & error

This is great! I would have never found this with out the shout out. It certainly helps as a new player to reinforce if I'm heading in a good direction with my first list and what I'll have to play around to use the models I want to use.

Warscroll Builder is what I used. Create the list then export the list in text using the little pop up window, copy/paste

How do i view what listbot believes is under/over costed within specific armies? Is this a feature or no?

If you’re asking about a raw output, I don’t believe it’s currently a feature. The creator has previously posted this type of data on twitter for different factions

Cheers! such a great resource, I had a couple ideas for squig lists and turns out they score pretty well! A- on both, shooting is terrible but who needs it when you got the charge of the squigs supported by some heavy troggoths!

Sounds like a neat list... super durable Troggoths with combat monster Squigs. Hopefully with movement consistency using Jawz of Mork

Thanks for the info! Doesnt seem to work for 1000 pts lists though as every list it will be compared with is 2000 :(

Thanks for that insight. I hadn't played around with it at different points levels... though I'm not surprised given that a large majority of events are using 2,000 points, which would be Listbots reference point.

Cities being the toolbox army with really strong builds is great for this tool because there are so many good options

Some lists that completely ignore one aspect do pretty well. Ironjaws, KO, Fyreslayers, shootcast for example have possibly no spells, no real shooting or no real combat but focus on the other aspects really well.

Really depends aye. Sometimes those niche builds do really well with the right run, while other utility lists adapt to their match ups better. Hard to say

I don't think you can as the layout produced by battlescribe isn't the same format as warscroll builder. I'm still trying though so I'll post if I get it or maybe someone will comment on how to do it.

Id be interested to see the 'AI' behind this.. just to be clear statistics is not the same thing as AI or ML. Not shitting on it but im pursuing a Masters of ML and genuinely interested if he did use any models.

Mate it gave my 3 Doomwheel list with tons of bodies and that one special artifact a D for mobility. Clearly it is missing data, and not working right.

Which would indicate there missing knowledge. Thinking that nobody would take-use a Doomwheel let alone three, just shows how much data they are missing. That is just like that one guy told me that doomwheels are bad, before he lost nagash on the first turn by one.
