I am making a training booking app currently and wanted them to be able to easily see at a glance if they were free during that time, potentially piling together an agenda for their day with the training time overlaid. Reza: Many thanks for this. Not just for me but for my client. This is going to make a significant difference in their productivity and analysis. I'd like to help others as well. My client's needs were a bit different and I wanted to have just a single button on the Interview calendar that counted the number of events for that day. At a glance they can now see how many field service calls are loaded by day. I achieved this by adding the vertical gallery, but adding just one button and setting the Text to: "Total PMs: " & Text( CountRows( Filter( 'SP List', Your Date Column= (DateValue( (DateAdd( _firstDayInView, ThisItem.Value, TimeUnit.Days )) )) ) ) ) If there is a better way I'm always interested! Hi, im using something similar to this, but to show meetings for people, and the issue that I have is that if I have a meeting with several participants on 1 day, it will show one button per participant, is there a way where I can just show only 1 button for that type of meeting? Say I have a meeting with 3 participants and the meeting type is "Review" and another meeting with 5 partcipants and the meeting type is "Evaluation" I want it to show 1 button for review and 1 button for evaluation

Thank you for presenting calendar template. But there is one big caveat in this out-of-box calendar template. It does not work right when change week starting for Monday instead of Sunday. I succeeded in changing weekdays-gallery and putting daynumbers in place. But then the last Saturday in every month disappears somewhere. What do you think about this?

I'd like to create a flow to send just one email per week that consolidates all the changes to my appointments and meetings from my Outlook calendar. Rez, trying to recreate this in Teams using a list as the data source. When I go to add the button in your recruitment tracker scenario, I add the Filter( 'Recruitment tracker'., Interview Date' etc. My code is colored appropriately in that it looks correct, but I get an error that says 'This formula uses scope, which is not presently supported for evaluation' and I don't see the button in the calendar where I have events. Any Ideas?

Good morning, I am trying to create a flow and I need a bit of help. i have 3 lists (customer complain - internal complain - improvement request) I want this to go into an app where the users can fill it up after this the reviewer will decide if this requires a corrective action if yes i want this to populate a 4th list moving the relevant column fields across, but also i want this 4th list to be a choice too in case someone wants to directly create a corrective action. my questions are 1do I create the 4 lists and link them through a lookup formula? 1 do I only create 3 l? what would be the best way to make this work, thanks for your help

Columns I used was date only. Date and time - power apps uses utc format. You would need to write logic to convert to local time zone and take action accordingly.

None of the commands work in this video. Ive followed it exactly and changed the corresponding fields to match my needs and it does not work. The dots will not show up on the calendar, the gallery will not filter by a selected date. And commenting on Microsoft's forum about someone else's approach errors is unhelpful. Very confusing. And I used a SharePoint list so still unclear as to why this doesn't work.

Awesome thank you just what I needed, I have struck a couple of issues where my Patient List exceeded 5000, so split into 3. How can I accommodate this scenario, the other thing is that I have Clinics on certain days (but not all) and want to add a placeholder to these days, and then add a selected Patient to that Clinic slot. I am a novice and appreciate your efforts, thank you showing the way.😀

Thanks again I decided to build from scratch, I have followed your demo but not getting very far, the Dots on calendar day do not show, the Visible property formula seems ok. I connected to Data source, select the date column, and return the Title field. Is there anything simple I may have missed ? Appreciated.

Amazing video! A common scenario is that calendar events fall across a range of dates. At 16:40 you show how to make the dot visible based on the 'Due date'. How can we make the dots visible across a range of dates inclusive of 'Start date' to 'Due date', instead of just the 'Due date'? Thank you :)

Hi Rezza, When I select date from calendar in application itself, but in master list it's showing previous date. For example: If I select 15/01/2024, in my source data, it's reflecting 14/01/2024. Why it could be?
