Many thanks! Building these models can be pretty addictive. They’re a lot of fun to fly too.

I've got one but can't finish it due to lack of instructons. All I need to do is the rigging. And struts on the tail. Any advice ?

I know the lack of instructions can be frustrating. He really should have all of them online the day the model is supposed to be released. Anyway, I used photos of the completed model on the Microaces Facebook page to finish mine. For the tail, I used P28 as the bracing that connects the horizontal stabilizer to the vertical stabilizer. There are small openings on the surfaces to install this part and I folded it according to the scores provided on the part itself. P29 and P30 make up the bracing on the bottom of the horizontal stabilizer, and they were also folded along the scores provided. The top of the strut with the small hole was glued to the notch on the leading edge of the horizontal stabilizer. The hole is for the rigging that runs through the vertical stabilizer to the strut on the other side. The pointed end of the strut was installed to align (roughly) with the back of the tailskid fairing. I cut small slits at the bottom of the fuselage to accommodate the pointed end. My video offers some good photos of the installation of the tail bracing. I believe P32 are two bungee retainers for the tailskid shock absorber. If I recall correctly there are pre-cut slits at the bottom of the fuselage to install them. As for the rigging, I again used photos of the completed model for reference. I suspect he installed the rigging as one continuous thread on each side, but I’m not sure. I used individual sections of thread because I find it easier to make adjustments if the incidence is off. I hope this helps.

That's nice. But what's the size of that thing?
@dxmodelworks10 күн бұрын
It’s 1/24 scale. The wingspan is a bit over 13”.

@dxmodelworks hey thanks. So it's about peanut scale, and it flys that good... Well that's really cool and it looks really good too.
