90sec is a long time, and the fact that you can have an item giving you 113% gold efficiency base, then +17% for base active and another +2.5% every stack… you have 90 AD at the end of that game… probably a great low elo item on any AD champ

Do you think hubris is the item to buy 1st in low elo ? Game are never slow, there is always a bunch of kills at 20 mins, so hubris would be great right ?

Is Statikk good on Cait? I don't really know how to feel about it, but it does allow you to clear waves better, and it was good last season for a bit.

Personally, I miss old Stormrazor. It was very toxic, especially with Fleet, but the on-demand Slow helped Caitlyn get a lot of Utility out of having that awful Midgame. Despite that, I'd say Voltaic isn't as good as Hubris, since the 20% Slow is almost the same as Red Buff, which you can apply for less gold with Rapidfire Cannon.
