I always thought that to build strength you needed to do very intense exercises and thus use low volumes, whereas if you want to focus more on hypertrophy or endurance you should use higher volumes of slightly easier exercise. For example: five sets of three one arm pullups----> get strong without getting (too) big four sets of 10 pullups----> get bigger, build endurance but not that much strength. Of course nothing is black or white, it's just a little silly example. Do you have a video where you talk about this topic?

That's pretty much what it is. You got the idea, keep your heavy training going forward and do some volume from time to time, or just continue with easier variations once you finish the hardest ones. I do have one particular video, a uncut full workout where I do what you said. If you have the patience, go watch it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nGPCiWmgmdiLo5Y

Hey man! Question: You mentioned full range of motion but what about handstand push-ups? I have never seen you do them in a full range of motion so are they an exception?

with handstand pushups you go down until your head almost touches the ground. that's how I also did them
