Build Jakapan and his controversy with writer Poi (Daemi) ⚠️TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️ : Ab*se!

Summary: Build Jakapan suddenly deactivated his social media accounts following the current issue he facing after posting a plenty of convos with Poi, one of the authors of KinnPorsche. This confirmation release by Be On Cloud.
Here is the English translation of Be On Cloud statement for this issue.
"Regarding the current dispute between Mr. Jakapan Puttha (Build) and Miss Patchayamon Theewasujaroen (Pol), as a company, Be On Cloud Company Limited already acknowledged the dispute and immediately took action on this matter. In order to clearly and accurately understand the situation, we have reached out to both our artist, Mr. Jakapan, and the counterpart, Miss Patchayamon. The two used to have a close relationship but recently ceased their relationship, and some conflicts between them have arisen.
The relationship and conflicts are their personal business, in which the company respects their personal decisions. However, this dispute is an important and highly sensitive issue that cannot be neglected. Thus, the company humbly asks for the time to clearly and correctly investigate the matter and all the details from both parties. We have to listen and carefully consider all the information from both sides. As a result, the company is inevitably unable to disclose any detail or conclusion at this moment.
Nevertheless, the company would like to clarify and reconfirm our standpoint to the public that we acknowledge and understand the importance and severity of this dispute. Therefore, our judgment will not be swayed toward any side but the truth. Everything will be processed based solely on truth and fairness. Every party will be held accountable for their own deeds. The truth and all the information will later be investigated and clarified through the course of the lawsuit. When there is any clarity on the information or conclusion regarding this matter, the company will urgently inform the public as soon as possible.

To clarify, If anyone misinterpret my part where I talk about the alleged abuse that Poi talks about, I don't think that if she is lying, then it's not a big deal as it could only effect builds reputation. But, she should definitely be severely punished by the Thai law for defaming someone's character.

@Vegas' Greyyy🐾 Yes, he will come back to be on cloud once everything gets dealt with according to what he said during the conference. I don't know how long the case will take, but Jyp, who is a K-pop company, is pressing charges against Poi for involving one of their artists in the situation.

UPDATE: Build has now resigned from Be on cloud since the conference. He said that he would be taking the matter to court since some of the accusations were not true, and it is affecting his reputation. He wants to thank everyone for supporting him. Furthermore, he wants his fans who support him to be patient as he deals with this situation.

But, I am going to wait until everything is probably done with to make an updated video. In addition, this matter should have stayed private even though she did make it public.

While I am leaning on siding with Build, women being abused and not speaking up about it is pretty common. A mixture of fear, shame, and even denial of the situation can keep someone quiet for a long time. I personally know a few people that have gone through that and never spoke about it until much later.

Abuse is abuse there will never be an excuse! being abusive does not only concern physical, it can also be mental emotional, and verbal. Men or Women use others in a lot of ways to get where they are, financial stability, material, and being in the limelight either fame or society. We cannot judge either of these two. Fans of Build will defend him and will hate Poi. Don't you think both have the benefit of the doubt? Who are we to say who is guilty or lying? We were not there with them 24/7.

Actually, you should have stopped at gender generalizing. Women use men, especially younger men in less established careers where the other party has a potential impact on a career or spreading rimors in the industry. Dating abuse works both ways. Depp trial should have at least shown you that. I am a woman and will confidently say that many abusive women count on the very prejudice and bias you described. Many people including myself had no opinion until the call made things very VERY clear with words out of her mouth, behind scenes cast videos and for ed handling and massage conversations. Many are literally HR issues!

First they were making people uncomfortable (including grooming a minor) which was bad enough & there is vid proof & that woman also admitted it now "how can they get away with this making people feel uncomfortable & miserable"... Problem is they are the writers...They call the shots to the series😠😠 A woman scorned is going to try & destroy a young upcoming actors career. Secondly, me going around and legitimizing her lies doesn't serve me in any shape or form. At the end of the day, I don't know her nor build, and neither do you. We are all hearing this at the same time and trying to get some type of understanding of what's going on. i have one big problem with your video and that's the comment that if build was abusive it would be a terrible crime but if poi lied it not that big of a deal and it its just messing with his reputation. if build was abusive its a crime and he should be punished and if poi is lying its a slander crime and should be punished Now saying that rather than look at current events i have looked at the past actions of both poi and build which could shed some light on current events, negative press around build seems to all stem from a very stupid and ignorant tweet years ago other than that i could find no rumours or news of any controversy, poi on the other hand has multiple reports mayed of using her power as a writer to negatively effect the work place and other actors. on top of that some of the things she is saying and pictures she is using as evidence are contradancing each other.

To clarify, I didn't say that if she lied that it wouldn't be a big deal. I meant to say or at least said that if what she said is true, then it would look bad on builds end, which is why I said he needs to come out and defend himself. Obviously, if she is lying, she is going to be severely punished as it is a crime to lie and defame someone. Not to mention, she doesn't have a good reputation as we speak.
