Awesome list, I've been building a similar list as well but focused on the US. While requiring logins, some sites for North America are : Cnc: Xometry, Fictiv, Protolabs, Hubs Mfg, emachineshop Sheetmetal: Xometry, Sendcutsend, Protocase, Rapid Sheetmetal Laser cutting: Ponoko (wood and acrylic) 3d printing: Hubs Mfg, shapeways Keep up the great videos.

you should add a maker space menu where they can add them self and also maybe a guide line of what you need to apply .. then with that guide people in the maker spaces can add local places that also meet the guide
