Build MS Teams custom App in 10 Minutes

I can use the app via teams web but not with teams app, how do I build the exact url (5:53) for teams app since this is probably my mistake? :(

We are devloping an Micro frontend webapp page and we want to load the same as MS Teams App. The local host loads properly for port 8080. But the link its loading is http. But in mS teams its https. Can you please help how can we convert that http to https.
