Loved this one too!! Especially since the only lunges for this leg day were the curtsy lunges 😅🙌🏻 this has been a great series, love mixing it up like this and I hope we do this format again sometime!!

I am obsessed with this series/style! I felt like I was stuck at the same weights for a while now but I have PR'd twice this week! Also, thank you for the reminder to breathe. I tend to hold my breath when lifting heavy.😅
