Hi, thank you very much for sharing such an interesting topic! Can we deploy the custom app like information announcement app that is created by using sap build apps to sap s4hana fiori launchpad? And also, Is there any other way how user can access the app?

In case of S/4HANA Launchpad you still deploy the application on SAP BTP (as it uses BTP Destinations), but then you will add a custom tile at S/4HANA side as it's described here: help.sap.com/docs/SAP_EXTENSIBILITY_EXPLORER/c2f4816a64a642528989c94d3fb91d92/88e464df8079492e95fca1dc6f28c10c.html "

Is it possible to develop SAP Build Apps on-stack?

What do you mean on-stack? We can deploy to Android and iOS, but also to HTML5 applications in SAP BTP. But currently the design-time objects are only within SAP Build Apps and you cannot "get to the code" and work with a project that way, if that is what you meant.
