SMTP does not work in Windows 2022 server. It has been depreciated. SMTP works upto 2019 server only. Hope it helps.

It should be standard port like 465 or 587. Did you test them all ?

Yes, you can. Make sure port 25 is open on your home ISP. If your IP is not static then SPF will fail & obviously reverse DNS issue will be present. Regards
