I used a small round file to scrape paint from the inside of each vertebrae which made assembly quite easy.

Fantastic job. I used an ajustable spanner or amonkeywrench in Wilko's£4. To tighten up that last rod section. Very impressed with the spine. Also the5spine blocks are lettered underneath. So you start from E/then finished at A

Merry Christmas, Wayne, May I suggest you find a nut that fits and tube threads than screw it all the way down till it stops than tighten the tube, by tightening the nut so you will not damage the threads. Might save your fans from damaging the threads.

The thread at the end has two flat blank sections with no thread but it's a good idea. Thanks Jim

I hope we continue to build downwards and complete a leg and foot before returning to the arm and hand which we've already done. Plus if the publication goes tits up (my biggest fear) we can at least display it from the side!

Hi Wayne, hope you had a great Christmas! Just done issue 41, is the vertebra spindle suppose to rotate? Mine don't rotate once all the screws are tighten down, just wounderd if it's suppose to or not!

No I dont think so. Mine doesn't. The individual plates are loose but that will be solved once we attach the pelvis.

Yooo Wayne I meant to ask you are you painting the inside of the nose/nasal cavity black? I reckon this is the only mod I can manage :P I really think it would improve it because if you look at the actual one it definitely is black in there not silver as per the model.

@@WorldofWayneUK Nah it's just the easiest mod you can do - I wish I had your skill to do the teeth. I think even the video you linked to for the teeth mod does it to his nasal cavity too unless I'm remembering wrong. Get yer brush out! I think it would really make yours pop.

@@WorldofWayneUK The 'real' endoskeleton has an actual nasal cavity like a real human skull. The only other option would be to drill it out, but that would need to be done before assembling the head and installing the motor. Plus you'd need a spare face plate because of the risk of ruining it if you mess it up!

Hi Wayne, There's a big and and a small end to the flex spine. I went small end fist and they slid straight on. Did you do big end? One of us is wrong...opps!

No the big end would def not go in. A lot of peeps have had the same issue.

I had to file the holes bigger before the rod would fit at all. Terrible design but not really an issue if you have the tools. And yes I’m sure I had it the right way around haha.

Once they are through the collar they are loose anyways so i don't think it matters
