Im very happy how this build is turning out regardless it's mostly plastic. I did however decided take it apart making it easier to store and work on the different sections! 👍'S up Wayne ....

Great job but don,t overtighten the hex screw. Because even though it,s gnna be staionairy. You can still bend/move the knee section like you would with areal knee

Just completed part 66, lower leg completed ALL plastic parts and covered with Flash Ankle and foot parts in 67 look a bit delicate, hope their going to be metal? Shame the Chest plates going to be plastic I wonder if the left arm will be ALL plastic Why didn't they make the whole thing in plastic to start with as it could have saved us a fortune.

No much like our right arm. The upper arm section will be all diecast metal/the lower arm section will be plastic. But the arm itself will be more metal than plastic. It,s ashame that the chestplate is plastic. But you hav to remember that their is struckturrall diecast metal thorassick vertabray. So it makes sense to havva plastic chestplate. Otherwise you,d end up with astuckturall plastic thorassick verabray/diecast metal chestplate. Which wouldn,t work. As it requires adiecast metal inna frame to fully support the model itself from the outside

Hopefully the foot will be diecast metal. But their,s aball joint that goes on the front of the foot itself. And i,m hoping that it,s diecast metal/not plastic otherwise we,re gnna end up with another issue24mess from IXO Models themselves. The toe sections look fiddly/possibly require aflathead screw as well

Be careful when lifting this I hade the 3 screws holding the arm on snap just moving it onto a bench 😕

I have just completed issues 51 - 62 and I'm really getting annoyed at all the plastic parts considering it was advertised as die cast.
