1. why are we changing the display property of anchor tag to inline-block. what's the use? 2. why should we take max-width:1180px; how can we decide the value? 3. can we just give the container class to the sections itself , instead of creating a separate div inside the section?

first question answer :we change display property to inline block beacuse we want to make anchor tag inline and also give give some height and width by default anchor tag are block element you understand by give border property to anchor tag. like a{ border: 2px solid red;} second question answer : we take 1180px max-width here as you inspect usability website which we are cloning take padding /margin left and right same . there is no tool to fix max-width , you can observe the website using inspect you easily see. third question answer: you can give each section a container class , but here we make a container class and design one time in css and using in every section div.
