you need to get all of these items fixed before you pay the final payment otherwise you'll find it very difficult to get them to come out again. You should have gotten onto the wall levels straight away during the last quarter of your build. It has to do with the frame, not the plaster being out. The frame is out. Also the SS will always push back on everything, you need to stand your ground, but now it's too late.
