Build video #4 Uni Filter install on 2020 CF Moto Cforce 600

This week we installed a Uni Filter # NU-8703ST on my 2020 CF Moto C Force 600 supplied by Excite Motorsports.

For those of you that don't know I am building a 2020 CF Moto C Force 600 into an every day mudder! I am trying to get aftermarket companies to start producing more products for CF Motos an well as install instructions, and reviews. This particular quad is called the "Mud Force" build because it will be an everyday trail and mud quad ready to hit the trails and mud holes. I chose CF Moto becuase they have a stigma about them that they are so cheap becuase they don't have the quality of other manufacturers. I'm here to entertain you, show you that stigma is wrong, and show you how to get your very own MUD FORCE!

I had to place something under the air filter cause it would not hold up due to the weight of the air filter. The tube would have a gap after tighten the clamp. plus the vibration would also make it sag, It didn't matter how tight the clamps was from the air filter and on the outer tube. But I placed a spring Under the filter so it helped out a lot. I have the same cforce 600, Ive upgraded the spark plug within the gap recommend in the manual, Same air filter set up, Changed exhaust tip from grizzly 700 which is custom exhaust tip-Had to drill the holes to fit which bolts right up and also changed out the cheap coolant to engine ice. overall it runs pretty smooth and sounds pretty bold.

Your snorkel kit for the cforce 600 2020 where did you get it from try to get one for mine they say they only have it the touring

Per instructions AND video on UNI website, inner yellow filter is to be oiled.

Does it matter what oil we use?

On the oiling part, the videos on uni's website says and shows to oil the inner filter tho...

Where did you order the radiator relocate/snorkel kit from?

It was a German website ... I won't release any info about it until I receive the parts and see how it looks and fits! But covid really messed up international shipping

@@excitemotorsportscfmotomud2347 any word on when your getting your new accessories? I love my 600, but CF Moto needs to get on the ball and come out with accessories SOON! I heard they are going to publish a catalog this fall.... 5 months after I bought mine? I am sure their sales would go thru the roof if they had the accessories to sell now with a new machine :)
