1. Pick a large audience to target - they need to have a problem you will solve and they are willing to pay - the audience should be findable on a platform, let the market tell you what to build 2. Find someone with that audience - (optional) make an offer that they are not offering (differentiate) - partner with them/podcast/live - siphen their audience “i got an offer that i would like to share with your audience, can I pay you?” affiliate or flat fee - send audience to an opt-in funnel to collect email 3. send free content to the audience - 1 offer = 10 free pieces of content - learn things you dont know yet to keep making content
