Possible to have Vapi Ai to send sms with a link from Go High Level. Also, have Vapi pull data from Go High Level Note to recall the last three phone call and remember the user name from previous calls. Also have Vapi Ai to provide property information from google sheets. Then post all of end of end-of-call reports to contract notes. Have the recording audio link turn into a play button.

Thanks for watching. Typically we've found the most buggy areas are the platforms connected to Vapi. Elevenlabs, Deepgram, OpenAI, etc. Not a whole lot we can do when these things have downtime, although Vapi has been quite responsive in noting when these outages occur.

Hey Brendan, for the outbound caller automation through Make you showed, if we run the scenario for lets just say 100 leads, does the system know not to interrupt other calls with new leads flowing through. For example, your agent is outbounding someone, then another lead flows through the Make scenario, does it know not to interrupt that call midway? Thanks for the great content brother

I'd say its best to keep scripts in the prompt. If you include the script in the knowledge base, it is likely to be cut up when retreived and the script wont be consistent. Really depends how long your script is.

Hello Brendan, I am very new to this, does this mean that with VAPI you are able to create as many assistants for as many clients you’d have? Also, when being given FREE training courses its customary to say THANKS SO MUCH not complain and give random advice to change to meet your needs. If you knew anything about KZbin youd put the speed slower if you are too slow.
