Build Your Own Excel Layout Reports in Business Central

This video goes through the Report Layouts function in Business Central & how this can be used to create your own customised Excel layout reports. The video runs over how to export a report template, modifying the Excel spreadsheet template to make it look the way you want, then importing it back into BC and running the report. Hey there! Thanks for reaching out! This is a very good question, so right now this is not possible, but in the future it might be - it would be a very useful tool! For now you can use Jet to do this

its a gamechanger! its fairly new functionality so we may see some changes yet - maybe reporting across multiple BC companies??
