There are 1000s of cases with Haryana RERA waiting for recovery certificates. Noone bothers here for common man!

There are also many RC issued by Rera Bihar lying pending in office of concerned 'District Collector ' to execute it so that Rera's order on paper in favor of complainant might be fruitful & practical. Rera's orders should be managed by Rera itself and should not depend on DC.For this Rera should be provided judiciary power and police protection etc.
