Home builds really remind me of where I was just a few years ago, no savings, no IRA, nothing.Thought owning a home was out of reach. But after three years of hard work and smart investing, I grew my savings to $350k and finally bought a home. If I can do it, anyone can. Graham David Fullerton was very helpful in making this dream a reality by investing towards a particular goal.

I went from having no money to invest, to working my butt off with Uber Eats for four months to save around $20k to start working with Graham David Fullerton. Now, I'm sitting at $128k, and I’m absolutely loving the progress, hoping to buy my first home soon. Glad that you have to bring this up.

Where do I start? How do I begin investing? I don't think I can ever get a home with the current rates. If anyone has advice, please share. Also, how do I connect with him?

Gosh, were you ever a timely find. We are going to reno the home we currently are living in and then build. We will both be approximately 74 when we sell. Your instruction checklist and channel have taught me more in a couple of hours than I have learned over the past 10 years. Thank you for what you do.

Awesome tour, please do more, so fun to watch! Especially as I'm from Sweden and the American houses are so different, in my mind - quite exclusive many times. Surely, we have exclusive houses here as well, but in a "Swedish" standard and I'm used to that, always much more fun to watch American houses with all the upgrades, trinkets and pure luxurious features. Please do more videos like this, every month, every week, every day even! 😋❤

As I get older I see myself preferring handle sets over doorknobs, particularly since I’m remodeling my “age in place” home. But for years I avoided handle sets; for some reason I must be exactly the right (or wrong) height and would get the side pockets of dress pants caught in them, tearing the pants and ruining them (which was no fun if they were part of a suit). But since I work from home and plan to until I retire, that reason no longer applies to me.

Nice house. That crawl space is crazy big! Looks like they could have had a walk-out basement and a lot more square footage with a few manageable changes in the design.

Good for the buyer but $300 per square to have 1/2 acre on a golf course does scream money worth to me.

The half-coffered ceiling is so bad. Obviously a builder house with no architect involved. Coffered ceilings are a way to decorate structural beams. These days coffered ceilings are fake, but at least they look like they could be real. Coffering half of a ceiling makes about as much sense as the fake little shutters that aren’t big enough to cover the windows.

They should remote mount the LV Panel other places. Storage closets , under the stairs, etc. Then just use an ethernet balun to view it on any TV in the house. Then run POE WAPs across the home for WIFI. that home is too nice to have the LV SWC in the primary closet.

I think so too. Women like pretty closets not a bunch of tech in there.

Prime example of why I would advoid a contractor built house. Hyped up with a lot of bells and whistles and then most likely built as cheaply as possible. The they charge $300/sq ft. which results in a house that only 15 to 20% of Americans should afford to buy. Sorry, but my house is a place to live, not a show piece.
@Mark-rw3kw4 ай бұрын
I don't know the square footage, but it is 2500 sq ft, that is only $750,000, which is very reasonable these days.

@@j.dieason7527 I graduated college more than 45 years ago. I can do math, which apparently you can't. $750,000 may be a lot of money out in the middle of nowhere, but in many places a lot for a single family house is a couple of hundred thousand. I don't set the prices, but I can see what they sell for on Zillow, etc. No need to make personal attacks.

I would never buy a builder / spec house. Also, I'd be curious about the build quality of this home. As was stated, Lots of bell and whistles for $300/sq ft. I'm more familiar with build costs for my neighborhood and build cost starts at $750 / sq ft. $1K - $1.2K / sq ft is closer to the norm for luxury housing.
