This is ridiculous value. I am watching this 10x. Lester dude I aspire to achieve this level of alignment and organisation. These are the things that resonate with me most about this podcast that it is evident how organised you have become and how much you've systemized yourself. This podcast as a whole Frankie has made it crystal clear that things don't fall into line at all you have to do the hard yards to become the person you are required to be to achieve what you want.

I must agree, your overall goal is so important. As you go on this journey it’s going to be times where you just lose hope, but then that fire of desire forceful comes in and takes over. Good luck to all, and keep pushing along with learning. Never stop learning!

I want to share how I found this video, as I feel this video has been so very welcomed by me today watching and listening to Lester and Frankie, so much value🙏🏽… that I wanted to share the synchronicity of me finding this gem of a vid: I am currently doing a 12 week personal training program, and the trainer recently created t-shirts for her brand/business, and was giving them away for free. The catch was she would only give one to me, if I attended the free run club they do every Saturday morning in Brisbane. So, I rocked up to run club this morning, did the run/walk, and I met a young fellow called Ned. (Got my shirt by the way) Ned is 18 and has his own business detailing cars. I jumped onto Neds Insta and saw he details exotic cars. There I saw a red Ferrari with number plates Lester. I thought who is Lester? 😅 In the comments was his Insta handle.. go to his page, only one post .. fair enough.. so I type his full name into google, and the podcast comes up but via a website. So I track it down on Spotify, and start listening.. I’m like holy f.. I want to see these guys talk .. go to KZbin and find this gem. This podcast is so fricken good!!! So grateful to have found this.. Lester is such an inspiration.. so wise, humble, generous in sharing, and mature only 20-21 in the video😳 ❤🙏🏽 Thank you Frankie, for bringing this chap into my awareness 🙏🏽❤️ So grateful 🙏🏽❤️ Ps. The trainer from my story: @jacintarobinson_ And Ned’s business Insta: @soapnsudsdetailing

Great value in this episode!!!! Never heard of Lester until watching a newer video. If I can provide one piece of feedback to improve, is to allow the speaker/guest to finish their thought process. There was a good amount of interruption that Lester would lose his train of thought. Keep going, you're doing great!

I understand this is a long shot, but do you know if there is any chance I could get in contact with Lester J? I recently turned 18 and am exactly in his shoes. I've always been an extreme hustler and found out about drop shipping and I'm very passionate about it. Do you think he maybe would have a zoom with me? or like have a way I could learn more from him?

Great podcast! I notice that I am really engaged when Lester is about to say something or continue his story then you cut in then it takes the whole conversation on another tangent then I'm like nooo go back to what Lester was about to say. Just some feedback bro....maybe let your interviewees talk a bit more and continue on their train of thought. Great work!

@@FrankieLeePodcast You've gotten better. Still sometimes you talk too much about yourself and your podcast. No hate bro just constructive feedback. The audience CHOOSE to listen to the podcast not to hear you but to hear your guests.

@@beastbossjunkies I'm going to chime in here because Frankies reply to your constructive criticism doesn't sit well with me. I 100% agree. It's very frustrating when he does this especially right when the guest speaker is about to drop the biggest key piece of advice or knowledge and he butts in and flips the script back onto himself. It happens in nearly every single video. I understand sometimes people may not realise they do this when they're deep in conversation and the creative juices are flowing but I will 100% agree that this is something that I think he needs to work on. After all, he's the one who does ask for it in the outro's to a lot of his videos.. Come on Frankie your reply to him was very counter intuitive after preaching at 37:31 that "We all need to be prepared to listen to people that are vastly younger than us because they might know things that we don't know." Your reply is showing psychological projection. Still a phenomenal podcast with so much value, keep it up.

@@Smithyy94 My thoughts exactly. He wants to be the best Podcaster in the world but can't accept the feedback he asks for. It would be wise of you to accept the feedback your audience gives...Why? Because it's the audience that gives your podcast life. Give them what they want and you will win every time. Just like how an entrepreneur accepts the feedback and reviews given by customers about the quality of their services and products...make the customer happy...you have a lifetime customer. This is what makes brands wealthy. Once Frankie forgets about himself he will do so much better with his podcast. Again no hate Frankie I appreciate your work.. Keep up the podcasts!
