The intake from Bimmerhaus Performance is the way to go… +20 whp and 40 lb ft. torque (it connects direct to the turbo inlet)

This is an open deck / cast internal block (connecting rods exception).. How reliable is this sort've power out of this setup for longevity / moderately hard daily driving? Seems like it would last a month max on an open deck / cast internal motor... Please correct me bc I want an n55.

Love your videos bro I just came from the charge pipe install! I’m not too educated on which cheap plastic parts to be careful of when it comes to bmw’s. I’m looking to get an M235i, but I would really like to make sure I can take preventative measures to keep as many things from going wrong as possible! I wanted a 435i/335i but it sounds complicated and a little bit more expensive to get good power out these cars. I’m not that experienced so I went with a 340 instead much cheaper and more power. Good content though 🙏🏽

I've got the f20 M135i with the N55 in it, don't think you guy's get the M135i in the US but my version of the N55 came with 320bhp and 450nm of torque so I wonder if some of the components in the engine will vary drastically from mine or will they be the same ?

Almost the same. You’re car is running a different tune probably on the same mevd17 computer. Your car and his car just run different maps. I believe the internals on you’re car are not cast like the n55 in the base 35i models

It’s a big car considering it’s a GC and not a sedan or coupe . I need more power !!! But I’m not sure yet what problems the 435i has the only problem I’ve had is oil coming from around the oil filter cap idk what the problem is yet but the car says the oil is fine . I am currently driving F32 435i coupe 2015 model. i have it on: - ER Charge Pipe - ER Cat less Downpipe - Full system exhaust by AWE Tuning with Dual Exit (Sounds crazy good) - Bootmod3 Stage 1 ,93 Octane tune I get about 400 Horsepower after a month of so, i decided to Upgrade - ER Intercooler - Good Ridge Braided brake line (Cos i dont have the M Sport Package Brake) - Injen open air intake ( I feel this is optional too in my case) - Forge Blow off Valve (Just for the Sound) (Optional) Haha -Stage 2 Tune 93 Octane Bootmod 3 Pushing 450 Horsepower, with 8.7 Seconds on 201 Meters Drag run. (got a video on my instagram). Honestly i can't feel much difference from Stage 1 to Stage 2. maybe because i am playing it safe. i reside in INDONESIA and our Fuel Octane is not as good as they claimed to be. ( i am Afraid of engine knocks) I kept a little LOG BOOK for my BMW 435i . instagram ; @bmwf32.id , i'll be glad to answer your questions. my Next mods will be , Water Methanol Injection just to bump up the fuel quality. I am using MOTUL v300 engine oil MOTUL Brake Fluid. Hopefully this helps. good luck buddy.

@@q6_zilla the N55 will more than likely max out at 420hp on the stock Turbski. You will need an aftermarket Turbski to get above that but make sure you strengthen your rod bearings upgraded to race bearings. Anything above 650hp I would upgrade rods, pistons, etc., just to be on the safe side.

Honestly live the body style but the 335i she 135i up till 2011 with the n54 is better stock turbo with tune downpipe charge pipe and intercooler you can make 500hp and it costs about 1500 altogether really wish the n55 was as tunable they sound so so good good content though

That’s with most turbo cars! Turning up the boost up to a certain point can be had for cheap horsepower. For example the m340 I had made 520whp with about $2k into it total. A reliable 700 would require atleast 8k. Trans, tune, fueling!
