As a professional sims 4 kidnapper, I can confirm that sims really don’t need that much space. Just give them a bed, shower, sink, some cooking stuff, and a toilet, and they’ll be just fine.

This tiny house is so cute. I came across one of your builds (an apartment building that I placed on Del Sol Valley) and saw you had a KZbin channel. This is the first video I watched last night, and I immediately subscribed. I've built similar tiny homes in Sims Freeplay way back when I used to play that game using a similar floor plan. If you play on PS4 once you hold the item it's the left trigger button to make it half tile space and one more time to move it freely. If you hold it and press both triggers and use the left and right on the d pad it will get bigger or smaller.
