Well done 👍 and I like how you made the piers a triangular shape pointing towards the river flow. I have seen many get built in a square shape which end up getting floating debri snagged on them, like branches and weeds. If I could suggest if you can afford a little capital expenditure for concrete to make a wet sloppy mix to pour it into the middle of each rock cluster of each pier. I know it will not be possible with the submerged piers but with weather season changes the river level may lower. Stay safe and good luck 😊
