This is the orkiest thing I have ever seen. This plus the UZI and quad tubed rocket launcher Deff Dreads are incredible. You kept it so close to the spirit of an Ork Dred. Please do more of these walk-throughs, especially with the quad tubes and uzis!

Thanks so much. I have a theme for my orks that is sort of a bloodaxe theme but all about building stuff proper. 😅. It was the original plan to do the video on the rocket dreads but i got carried away with flamers 😂 - oz

Awesome work! Love it and now want to start an ork army… I’d honestly love to see more deff dread conversions, it’d be great to see what you could do with a more “close combat” load out. Huge two handed saw-axe maybe?
@40KBunker2 жыл бұрын
Thanks 👍🏻. I did a commando dread a long time ago as part of a build battle. And the rocket dreads. But a double handed axe does sound cool. Just a share the rules just changed and nurffed the attacks on a dread with multiple combat weapons - oz
@alexsmith1752 жыл бұрын
@@40KBunker yeah I’ve seen you’re other dreads and the killa kans on your Instagram, which are ace too! It’s always a shame when the rules don’t support your cool conversion ideas, but such is life I guess. Looking forward to whatever you come up with next.

Its ganna hopfully be a space marine redempor dread next. Then i hopfully go back and do a killakan video if i dont get to distracted by tau stuff.

@@alexsmith175 Exactly man still salty megadreads don't have a scorcha option anymore. Wanted to make flame boss dread with a tank on back with black food coloring and a bit of water or something for the fuel and have a smokestack pipe at his face with a plume of black smoke. His scorcha being used like a lighter. Sad that option and my desire for the conversion got sapped in one stroke. Makes no sense the smaller dreads can have scorchas and the bigger ones can't, just gw things.

I really love these, I imagine something horrific similar to this but starting with the sentinel and a whole box of skulls to make some kind of a Khornate dark Mechanicum daemon prince based off of the idea of skulltaker but with an open hatch on top of the head like this one that just has skulls piled inside, where it's half knight half golem made out of a pile of skulls. Also why did you use the round section rather than the hex for joint between the palm and the fingers?

Love the conversion/kitbash, unfortunately it is increadibly impprtant to remember that not every second of footage needs to be in the final video, I think you would get better watch time and what have you if you recorded your voice over explaining what you did, edit that down, and then go through the video, insteax of talking over the video. If you listen through again you might notice a lot of ums and uhs, and unecessary pauses, bits were your stalling until the next important thing happens. If you removed that the voiceover would be a lot shorter and concise. Pete the wargamer does a really good job of this sort of stuff, and keeps his videos shorter. All recomendations, but I love the idea and the exicution.

Thanks all noted. Somthing for me to work on gor the next one. Only my second video and it all a learning experience. But i think this one was a big improvement from my first 🤔😅. Thanks oz
