Every time i'm looking for some different build or references to a specific type i find at least one video from Stav-Tech and it's always entertaining and inspiring. 👏👏

Awesome car! That turbo flutter tho would drive me mad. I quite like the blow off sound. Took a quick look at your uploads it looks quite cool, subbed.

Almost has a Porsche howl to it by the end, so good!

Yeah, the 3cyls when going hard sound kinda like half a flat6! Lots of people make that Porsche comparison

I think this may be my favourite build you have done Stav. Totally bonkers and very useable. I keep looking out for a Suzuki Alto Works, would love to have a tinker with one.

thats awesome, im about to start a rally build on a hijet of all things and am really researching how to unlock the engine! this gives me hope even though mine is a EF engine.

This was a short and sick vid. Hope you can build a new monster kei in the near future. Back here in malaysia, some are making 300 - 400bhp with the 1.0 l version engine. Even a 660cc can eat up a gtr timing in our sepang track with good gear ratios. If you are planning to build one, maybe here are some parts that you can consider with a tight budget. Nissan march 72mm piston, toyota 4age stock conrods (need to machine the bearing side), Td04l gsr mitsubishi turbo or a GT28 turbo and you are all good. If possible try to upgrade the throttle body size as well (makes lots of difference). If you need reference you can search "kelisa turbo" or "kancil turbo"..

Awesome info, thank you! I’d love to build another, love these little cars!

What cc size injectors did you upgrade to? You needed the FCD-2 because the ecu was cutting fuel? Thanks!

You are such a legend. Do tell more about your jzx110...
@StavTech5 жыл бұрын
Stilian Jelev it was nothing too crazy, in fact it was so nice I sold it before I went mad on it as I knew I’d just wreck it lol. Coilovers, 19s, exhaust, intake, crazy in car navigation thing that spoke to you in a Japanese woman’s voice, etc etc etc. Very cool car but I have more fun spending it tuning shitboxes rather than worrying about keeping something super clean lol
@stilianjelev30065 жыл бұрын
@@StavTech , I'm asking just because im doing, after reading from your website, the same with a jzx100 chaser - trying to spend the least, and make the most power. After acquiring a HX35 with a 12cm housing, i've found equally good price/quality OEM parts from different brands - for example, the Blue Injectors from an rx8 (580cc, sidefeed) which could be bought for 10-15 euro each, cause every rx8 is already broken... Thanks for the help, Stav

Big LIKE from a german underdog Porsche Transaxle driver :-D From which car is the "upgrade" turbo you use? Intake seems to be a smart forfour?
@joeygodden5 жыл бұрын
Sorry stav did you use dry ice just to get Reid of the like black residue left over after you hammered and chiseled the worst out? with the sound deadening?
@zyar463 жыл бұрын
do you remember what turbo you swapped it with? i tried to see what IHI turbo you are using but i cant figure the letters out. and also do you use the original turbine housing and direct bolt on with the replacement turbo?
@StavTech3 жыл бұрын
If I remember right, it’s the IHI turbo from a 1.5TD Mitsubishi Colt (and Smart FourFour) engine. And it fits in the standard turbine housing with no mods.

Out of interest how did it hold up long term?

Lasted quite a while. Ran fine when I sold it. Well it had an oil leak but no actual running issues.

I love cars like this. Terrible, ugly, totally outwith what anyone would ever look at and like but with hilarious potential to be fun, if not fast.
