Idea: Maybe you could add a hotel with a fancy restaurant on the bottom floor. If you were to do this, I feel like it should be like near/on the beach for a nice view! Btw, if you look up “Virginia Beach Boardwalk”, it should give you a good idea what I’m talking about!

Shop idea: You should have a little local grocery store since, they are a lot of houses surrounded by the boardwalk and, will be needed groceries. If u can’t do that then do a gas station but, still have some groceries inside. Hope this is a great idea. Keep up the great work Peetah!

Hi Peetah! The beach town boardwalk looks amazing so far! Another suggestion: If you want it to be a tropical apartment then for the wall trims instead of wooden paneling you can use the other ones and colour them Baby Blue and Material can be water caustic.

For you summer boredwalk I think you should add A restaurant that overlooks the beach like on a peer and you can have a patio with outdoor seating I think it will look pretty cool! :D you should also add some sort of souvenir stand with keychains and plushy‘s and other stuff! :)

Hey Peetah! Video idea: Build a house with the money you make in 10 minutes, but you only have 1 minute to build each room. For example, if you make 30k in 10 minutes you only have 1 minute to create the living room. If you have any money left over, you get another minute in each room to add any decorations you may have missed.
