Building a BMW M54 Swapped E30 in 5 Minutes

5 minute montage of the 5 month process of engine and manual swapping my 1984 BMW E30 from a low compression m20, to the famous dual vanos 3.0 litre M54.
Out with the m20b23, and going in is the m54b30 out of a BMW X5, paired with a 5spd zf 1:1 manual e34 gearbox.
After various pulls and months of fine tuning the swap, the build is now going on 200kw, doing 0-100kph pulls in the sub 5.0 second range, an overwhelming increase from the previous engine with great fuel economy and bulletproof reliability.

Hi, what is your fear, everything works normal.. depending on what engine you had before you eventualy need to seitch de coding plug.. also have to mount the e30 temp sensor somewere but thats it.. rest works
