Building a Cave in Palia

One thing I found with these landscaping pieces, its sometimes easier to place them from above! Using the H menu [ Lctl stick ] I have found I can place some items differently than I can place from eye level on the ground. I suppose you could try to build an elevated point to get the same effect but i think the top down view gives slightly different placement properties? Not sure I need to do more testing.

How in the world do you make this work? I’m on switch and every time I go into placement mode, it won’t let me do anything else. 😢

@Texastia that's a very weird and unique bug tbh I've never heard of that happening I'd def send in a bug report to S6 and see if they have any advice

​@@Texastia i use switch. I pop onto placement mode by pressing down on the right joy stick and also do same to get out of it 🤔 is this the mode ur referring to? I dont like the way it works, but thts how they have it setup on switch 🥹

@ That part seems to work. It happens anytime I open the placement mode menu. Once that is open, the only way out is to restart the game.
